Happy Go Lucky

I love the weather we've been having! It is great to see my spring flowers last a little longer. It has also been wonderful to not have to water our little vegetable gardens more than the prescribed sprinkler time. This year we are trying a couple of new vegetables...mini carrots, bush beans. I've yet to really learn how to vertically garden but it's on my list of things to do for next year. Some day I expect to grow pumpkins (mini ones anyway) from some kind of trellis or teepee. Right now, we'll see if our little 4x4 boxes will do the trick to provide yummy tomoatoes and lettuce and beans and carrots and cukes. Happy gardening to all of you!
